SNYDER, hereby grants to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, as Grantee, the following sanitary sewer easement in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit: As easement to construct, maintain, repair, replace, enlarge, operate and remove a public sanitary sewer line within a portion of Lot 88, San Luis Obispo Suburban Tract, per Record of Survey, Book 1, page 92 and within a portion of that strip of land shown as Pacific Coast Railroad right of way on the map of said Suburban Tract, and within a portion of Lot 5, Block 10, of the Imperial Addition to the City of San Luis Obispo, BK. A, Page 128 of Official Records, as said portions were con- veyed to Fred E. Snyder by deed recorded October 20, 1975, in Volume 1859, Pages 196 -198 in Official Records of said County, described as follows: PARCEL 1 The southeasterly 10 feet of that certain parcel of land described in the above mentioned deed to Fred E. Snyder measured at right angles_ to the most southeasterly line of said deed; PARCEL 2 That portion of the Pacific Coast Railroad right of way lying easterly of the centerline of said Pacific Coast Railroad right of way, within the land described in the above - mentioned deed to Fred E. Snyder. THE GRANTEE SHALL, at its cost and expense, restore any improvements damaged or destroyed at any time by reason of the laying of said sanitary sewers, or by GRANTEE in maintenance, repairing, operating, or removing any sanitary sewers in said easement, and shall restore the surface of the ground to as near its N W original condition as possible. .
