STANDARD OIL'COMPANY OF CALIFORNIA, a corporation organized
under the laws of the State of Delaware, hereinafter called "Grantor,"
hereby grants to CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, an
easement for a public highway purposes over, along, under and across
that certain real property in the County of San Luis.Obispo, State of
California, described as follows:
The southerly 22.00 feet, measured at right angles to Orcutt
Road, of Parcel 2, Tract No. 365 as per Book 7 of Maps, Page
25, .in the Office of the County Recorder.
This grant is subject to all valid and existing licenses,
leases, grants exceptions, reservations and conditions affecting said
real property, all matters of record in the Office of the Recorder of
San Luis Obispo County, and all matters that can be ascertained by an
inspection of said real property.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor has executed this grant of easement
this 30th day of July, 1976.
