taining 391.39. acres of land); Lot or subdivision known and designated
"R" (containing 21.13 acres of land and Lot or subdivision known
and designated "S" (containing 22.47 acres of land); being parts of
the Rancho La Laguna, as laid down and designated on the map and
survey of the resubdivisions of Lots numbered 58- .61- 62 -63 -64 and 65
of James T. Stratton's survey and pap of the subdivisions of the
Ranchos Canada de Los Osos and La Laguna as surveyed and resubdivided
by R. R. Harris, surveyor in January A.D. 1875.
Reference being hereby made to the said Stratton survey
and map and to the said map of said resubdivision of said lots made
by R. R. Harris, which said maps are on file and of record in the
office of the County Recorder of the said County of San Luis Obispo
for a more particular description of the lots hereby conveyed which
contain in all 434.99 acres of land, subject to conveyance of right
of way to the Pacific Coast Railway Company, a corporation.

RESOLUTION No. 251 (New Series)
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DEED FROM dne SANDERCOCK
AND ADELAIDE V. SANDERCOCK
BE IT 14SOLVED by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo
that that certain deed dated February 6th, 1928, made and executed
by Wm. Sandercock and Adelaide V. Sandercock, and conveying to the'
City of San Luis Obispo all that'certain piece or parcel of land
situate in the County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, and
particularly described as follows, to -wit:
Lots or subdivisions known and designated "DD" (contain
ing 391.39 acres of land); Lot or subdivision known and
designated ORO (containing 21.13 acres of lard) and Lot or
subdivision known and designated "S" (containing 22.47 acres
of land); being parts of the Rancho "La Laguna ", as laid down
and designated on the map and survey of the re—subdivisions of
Lots numbered 58 -61-62 -63-64 and 65 of James T. Stratton's
survey and Plop of the Subdivisions of the Ranchos Canada de
Los Osos and La Laguna as surveyed and re— subdivided by
R. R. Harris, surveyor in January, A. D. 1875.
Reference being hereby made to the said Stratton
survey and map and to the said swap of said re--subdivision of
said lots made by R. R. Harris, which said maps are on file
and of record in the office of the County Recorder of the
said County of San Luis Obispo for a more particular
description of the lots hereby conveyed which contain in all
434.99 acres of land, subject to conveyance of right of way
to Pacific Coast Railway Company a corporation.
Be, and the same is hereby accepted by the City of San Luis
Obispo.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause said deed to be
recorded in the office of the County Recorder in the County of San
Luis Obispo.
PASSED AND ADOPTEID this 27th day of February, 19280 by the
following vote:
