State. of California on February 6, 1906.
Said pipe line. is to be constructed across- the above
described property and shall follow, as near as.possible, the
following described line., to —wit:.
Commencing at a point on the. Westerly line of Lot
23 of the San Luis. Obispo Suburban Tract which paint
of beginning. bears N. 2b° 40' E., 1646.6 feet and S.
490 54' E., 678.6 feet from the southwest corner of
Lot 5 of said Tract in the center of a 4.0 foot road
as shown on a map now on file in the. County Recorder's.
office, San Luis. Obispo• County, California, entitled
"San Luis Obispo Suburban Tract "; thence. running from
said point of beginning S. 491 54' E., 170.4 feet. to a
point; thence-S. 210 08' W., 249.65 feet to a point on
the southerly line of said Lot 23 and being in Lot. 23
of the above mentioned Tract.

The said grantee herein agrees to pay any damages .
which may arise or result from the laying, constructing., maintaining,
operating, repairing removing or re- constructing said pipe. line.
