Luis Obispo, a Municipal Corporation, rights of ingress thereto and
egress therefrom, together with easements to construct, maintain.,
operate, patrol, reconstruct, repair, remove, replace a roadway upon
the following roadway easement in the City of San Luis Obispo, County
of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
That portion of Lot 89 of the; San Luis Obispo Suburban Tract
as shown in Book 1 at Page 92 of Records of Surveys in the
City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of
California, being an easement for roadway and incidental
purposes 14 feet wide Westerly of the following described
line:
Said line is the centerline of the Pacific Coast Railroad
right-of-way as shown on the forementioned map and extending
for the entire frontage of the land described in the deed
to Roger T. Marshall, et al, by deed recorded March 12, 1971
in Volume 1608 at Page 514 of Official Records of said County
and State, excepting therefrom that portion of land described
in the deed to Jared Arthur Tressler recorded in Volume 1751
at Page 610 of Offidal Record
