AGREEMENT
This agreement, executed this day of
1977, by and between JOH14SON HIGMLANDS, INC., hereinafter dalled
Grantor and the City of San Luis Obispo, a Municipal Corporation,
hereinafter called City, witnesseth:
1. Grantor agrees to convey to the City, for street
purposes .041 acres, more.or less, as shown on'the
attached s—ketc as parcel A.
2. Grantor agrees to convey to the-City the remainder
of the 6 foot strip of land shown on the attached.sketch
as parcel B when Grantor City agree on access to
Grantor land in back of School District property, for the
sum of $1.00.
3. The City agrees to pay the Grantor the sum of $1,750.00
-for the land being conveyed at this time.
This agreement is binding upon successors of either party.
