corporation located in the County of San Luis Obispo, State of California
(herein after called "District "), and the City of San Luis Obispo, a municipal
corporation located in the County of San Luis Obispo, State of California,
(herein after called the "City ");
WITNESSETH:
For a valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
District hereby Quitclaims to City for street purposes, all of District's
right, title and interest in and to the following described real property
located in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San.Luis Obispo, State of
California: That portion of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter
of Section 36 in Township 30 South, Range 12 East Mount Diablo Base and
Meridian, in the City of San Luis Obispo,-County of San Luis Obispo, State
of California, according to the offical plat or plats of the survey of said
lands, returned to the General Land Office by the Surveyor General, described
more specifically on the document marked "Exhibit A" which is attached to and
incorporated herein by reference as though here fully set forth.
In witness whereof, the San Luis Coastal Unified School Districe. has
executed this Quitcl,aim.Deed on the day and year first herein above set forth.

Filed in Book 16 at page 3 of Parcel Maps in the office of the County
Recorder thence North 00 °54'55" West along the easterly line of Parcels
C and A a distance of 254.33 feet to the true P.O.B., thence continuing
North 00 °54'55" hest a_ distance of 43.70 feet to the Northerly line of
Parcels A & B, thence North 87 19133" East a distance of 52.38 feet along
the Northerly line of Parcel B, thence South 48 012145" West a distance
of 69.24 feet to the true P.O.B.

AGREEMENT
This Agreement, executed this 15th day of
March
1977, by
and between San Luis Coastal Unified School District, hereinafter called
"District" and the City of San Luis Obispo, a Municipal Corporation, herein-
after called "City," witnesseth:
1. District shall convey to the City, for street purposes,
.144 acres, more or less, as shown on the attached sketch.
2. District agrees to allow the City to construct the slope
banks on District property.
3. City agrees, when the appropriate funds are available to
City, to grade and install on said real property curbs,
gutters, sidewalIG and all road work necessary to improve
Flora Street as per City of San Luis Obispo Standard
Specifications.
This Agreement is binding upon successors of either party.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have set our hands hereto on the dates indicated.
