THIS INDENTURE-, made this 4th. day of June, one
thousand nine hundred and twenty — eight,
BETWEEN, SANDERCOCK TRANSFER COITANY, a corporation.
organized and existing, under and by virtue of the laws of the State
of California and having its principal.place of business. at San
Luis Obispo., .California, the party of the. first part, and CITY OF
SAN LUIS OBISPO, a mu nicipal.corporation of the. State of California,
the. party of the second part,_:

That said party of the..-,first part., in consideration of
the sum of Sixty and No /100 Dollars. ($ 60.00), lawful money of the.
United States: of America, to it in hand paid by the. said party of
the second part, the. receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does:
by these-presents grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the. said
party of the second part and to its: successors and assign forever,
all that certain piece or parcel of land situate. in the. County of

on each side of the following described center line: -
Commencing.at a point on the Southerly line of Lot 21 as
shown on a map now on file in the County Re-corder's office,
San Luis: Obispo County, .California, and entitled, "San Luis
Obispo Suburban Tract", in the center of a 40' road, which
point of beginning bears S. 64.0 051 E., 2. feet from the
southwest corner of aaid..Lot 21; thence running from said
point of beginning.N. 260 40' E., 229.7 feet parallel to the
westerly line of said Lot 21 and two (2) feet therefrom to
a point_; thence. N. 61 48' E.,, 8.6 feet to a point on the
westerly line of said Lot 21 and being in said Lot 2. of the
above mentioned tract.
TOGETHER with the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances: thereunto belonging or appertaining, and the reversion
and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits:
thereof.

BE IT.RESOLVED ,by the . Council of the City of San Luis
Obispo that that certain deed dated June 4, 1928, made and executed
by Sandercock Transfer Company, a corporation, and conveying -to
the City of San Luis Obispo all that :certain .piece or .parcel of
land situate in the County of San Luis. Obispo, State of California,
and particularly described as follows, to—wits
A strip of land four (4) feet. wide and being two-(2) feet;
on each side of the following described center lines—
Commencing at a point on the southerly line of Lot.2l.as
shown on a map now on file in the County Recorder's office,
San Luis Obispo County, California, and entitled, *San Luis
Obispo Suburban Tractor, in the center of a 40' road, which
