RE: Beninger appeal for Project 1335 &
1337 Broad, SLO
We are the property owners of 1345 Broad St.
(next to proposed project 1335 &1337 Broad,
SLO) . We have supported Mr. Dummit in the
past and continue to support him today for the
plan as submitted and approved by the A.R.C.
Jan. 11, 1988 .
We feel Mr. Dummit's project will replace an
old run-down property with a new and
architectually compatible development that is
consistent with the neighborhood
characteristic.
We urge the City Council to deny the appeal
filed by Mr. Beninger and approve Mr.
Dummit's project so he may complete the
upgrade and improvement of his property,
beneficial not only to the immediate
neighbors, but the community in general.
