Regulations (EIR previously distributed - continued from 7-21-87,
8-24-87 and 5-3-88) . .
RECOMMENDATION: Take public input and make suggestions on the draft
EIR and consider specific changes to the earlier draft regulations as
recommended.

3. COUNTY GROWTH MANAGEMENT (RAPPA - 324)
Consideration of requesting the County Board of Supervisors to place
a ballot measure on the November 8, 1988 Statewide Election to allow
the electorate to vote on a Growth Management Ordinance.
RECOMMENDATION: Adopt or deny resolution supporting ballot measure
if deemed appropriate.

During the balance of this City Council meeting, any Councilmember or
the City Administrative Officer may informally update or inform the
City Council of written or oral communciations and ask for comment
and/or discussion. General direction may be given. An item
requiring formal approval may be continued to the next Regular
meeting, or upon Council consensus, action, including direction to
staff, may be taken immediately. (Not to exceed 15 minutes. )
IF THE MEETING CONTINUES PAST 6:00 P.M. A 20-MINUTE DINNER BREAK WILL BE
PROVIDED FOR THE CITY COUNCIL.
