Follow-up Study Session on "Density and Unit Size" workshop,
including "group housing" issues . (Exhibits A and B attached,
Exhibits C-G to be made available at meeting. )
A. Recap of issues/observations derived from workshop including
recommended next steps.
B. Review of group housing reports including recommendations by
Planning Commission and City Attorney.
RECOMMENDATION: Review the various attachments, particularly the
recommended next steps. Add, delete or modify as deemed appropriate
and direct staff to begin implementation of same.
