RECOMMENDATION: Adopt resolution amending the Land Use Element and Water and Wastewater Management Element of the General Plan as recommended. AWARD OF BID - LANDSCAPE PROJECT (ROMERO - 88-02) Consideration of awarding contract for "Santa Rosa Street, Murray to Highland Median Landscape Project, " City Plan No. K-01Y; bid estimate $31,500, without contingencies. Bids opened on June 23, 1988 (continued from 7-19-88) . RECOMMENDATION: By motion award contract to Karleskint-Crum Landscape Company in the amount of $28,444 as recommended.
