FACILITIES MASTER PLAN (ROSS/401 - 60 min. ) Consideration of approving the Master Plan for City Facilities, a capital improvement plan to provide more operations space for various city programs. RECOMMENDATION: 1) Accept the Overview and Options phase of the facilities Master Plan and provide direction on development options: 2) direct staff to complete the master planning phase of the Facilities Master Plan with limited technical assistance; and 3) authorize staff to proceed with design and archeological service for city'hall expansion.
