The following BIA members were elected to serve a two year term on the
BIA board of directors, beginning April 1, and are to be confirmed at the
City Council meeting on March 19 .

Also at the December Board Meeting Tad Hillier tendered his resignation,
due to business and personal time limits. The Board unanimously voted to
recommend Ruth Nimeh as his replacement and ask for your support.
The BIA Board of Directors hereby submits this list of six names for
official appointment by the City Council at their March 19, 1991 meeting,
so they may take office April 1, 1991.
