SUBJECT: Appointments to Citizen's Advisory Committee
After reviewing a number of applicants, I am recommending that Carl F. Johnston be
reappointed to a two year term to expire on March 31, 1993; and that David J. Delfino be
appointed for a two year term to expire on March 31, 1993. Their applications are
attached.
