Consideration of the formation of a Bicycle Advisory Committee. OPEN SPACE ADVISORY COMMITTEE (JONAS/123-1 HR.) Consideration of the composition and appointment of an Open Space Advisory Committee. RECOMMENDATION: By motion, 1) approve the creation of an Open Space Element Advisory Committee composed of individuals from the Park and Recreation Commission, Architectural Review Commission, local neighborhoods, property owners outside the city, business and community groups; and 2) request the Community Development Department to work with these groups to garner nominees from which the City Council will make appointments, as recommended.
