BUS IN BACK OF CITY HALL NO LATER THAN 12 NOON. A BOX LUNCH AND BEVERAGES WILL BE PROVIDED TO BE CONSUMED ON THE WAY TO THE DAM SITE. THE TOUR SHOULD BE COMPLETED BY 2:00 P.M. WHEN WE WILL RETURN TO CITY HALL. PLEASE CONTACT THE CITY CLERK'S OFFICE IF YOU WILL NOT BE GOING ON THE TRIP. PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD (Not to exceed 15 minutes) Immediately following roll call, members of the public may address the City Council on items that DO NOT appear on the printed agenda. Please observe the time limit of three minutes. A speaker slip (available in the Foyer) must be filed with the City Clerk prior to the beginning of the meeting. As a general rule, action will not be taken on issues not listed on the agenda. Staff will generally be asked to follow-up on such items. FLOOD MANAGEMENT (ROMERO/597 - 2 hrs.) Consideration of proposed sites for construction of an upstream detention dam and selected areas along San Luis Creek (continued from 10/30/90 and 5/14/91). RECOMMENDATION: No action required. The purpose of this field trip is to give Council a feel for physical implications of each alternative damsite.
