RECOMMENDATION: By motion, approve and authorize the Mayor to execute an amendment to the purchase agreement for the Emerson School property with San Luis Coastal Unified School District, and authorize staff to negotiate a contract with Grant Pedersen Phillips Architects for design services and to return to Council for contract approval and execution as recommended.
