SUBJECT: Appointment of New BIA Board Member
CAO RECOlUNDATION:
By motion approve the appointment of Tad Hillier to the BIA
Board of Directors.
BACKGROUND:
During the month of September, a BIA board member tendered his resignation.
Mike Multari resigned due to business commitments.
In accordance with BIA bylaws, the president has appointed a BIA member
in good standing to fill this unexpired term. Tad Hillier, of Tolley's
Buster Brown, 1022 Morro, has been appointed, and was approved by the
BIA Board of Directors at its October 10 meeting. Approval of the City
Council is required prior to new board members taking their positions.
RECOMIUMATION:
Approve the appointment of Tad Hillier to the BIA Board of Directors.
