Cf FILE TO: City Council ® F1LE FROM: Councilmembers Roalman and Pinard Council Liaison Subcommittee to the Planning Commission SUBJECT: APPOINTMENT RECOMMENDATIONS TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION After review of applications in current files and those received as a result of Telegram- Tribune advertising, the Council Subcommittee (Roalman/Pinard) and Vice Chair Barry Karleskint to the Planning Commission, interviewed 13 applicants to fill three vacancies. One applicant withdrew and another could not make the scheduled interview. It is the Council Subcommittee's recommendation that the following appointments be made as indicated: Terms to Expire Brett Cross Appointment for 1 year 3/31/93 Allen Settle Appointment for 2 years 3/31/94 Gil Hoffman Reappointed for 4 years 3/31/96 Applications of those recommended for appointment are attached.
