Public hearing to consider certification of the revised Environmental Impact Report
(EIR) for the Stoneridge II Annexation project (continued from 4/21/92).
RECOMMENDATION: Adopt resolution certifying the EIR for the Stoneridge 11
subdivision and annexation project located at 500 Stoneridge Drive as recommended.
Jono,6* FINAL ACTION.- Resolution No. 8005 adopted certifying the EIR for the Stoneridge
II subdivision and annexation project located at 500 Stoneridge Drive as amended to
provide for the use of reclaimed water for irrigation and Council review of height and
privacy issues for Lots 1 - 18 during at the time of development plan submittal.

Consideration of the final administrative draft of the Circulation Element for
purposes of initiating environmental review (continued from 2/24/92 and 3/9/92).

Committee as a "Continuing Special Purpose Committee" as recommended.

4. SURPLUS CITY PROPERTY (STATLER/165 - 5 min.)
Consideration of declaring two motorcycles as surplus City property.
RECOMMENDATION: By motion, declare two motorcycles listed in Exhibit A as
surplus City property as recommended.

advance of the meeting unless special circumstances are found to exist. Formal action or approval is not
preferred and such items should be continued to the next Regular meeting.
COMM.1. Councilmember Pinard requested that the artwork be preserved for a longer period
of time after the next Italian Street Painting Festival.
COMM.2. Mayor Dunin received a letter from Cal Poly President Baker stating that the
Performing Arts Center is on schedule.
