The Council is interested in hearing from the public regarding issues or concerns of the community and welcomes your input. U P STUDY SESSION D 1. SONIC CABLE FRANCHISE (HAMPIAN/463 - 2 hrs.) Consideration of an.oral report from Telecommunications Management Corporation (TMC) on the Sonic Cable Television franchise renewal process. RECOMMENDATION: Receive oral report from TMC on the franchise renewal process and provide staff with direction on the community input portion of the renewal process as recommended. Hampian** FINALACTION.- Council supported staff recommendation and proposed calendar with direction that final scope of work come back for Council approval.
