SUBJECT: Final passage of Ordinance No. 1214 (1992 Series)
CAO RECOMMENDATION:
Give final passage to Ordinance No. 1214 (1992 Series) as introduced.
BACKGROUND:
At its meeting of June 16, 1992, the City Council held a public hearing and subsequently
voted 4-0-1 to introduce an ordinance to print repealing Chapter 15.08 of Title 15 of the
San Luis Obispo Municipal Code and creating a new Chapter 15.08 adopting the 1991
edition of the Uniform Fire Code with amendments.
FISCAL IMPACTS
There are no significant fiscal impacts.
