SUBJECT: Final passage of Ordinance No. 1216 (1992 Series) Concerning the
Broad Street Annexation

CAO RECOMMENDATION:
I
Give final passage to Ordinance No. 1216 (1992 Series) as introduced.
BACKGROUND:
At its meeting of July 21, 1992, the City Council held a public hearing and subsequently
voted 4-0-1 (Councilmember Pinard absent) to introduce an ordinance to print amending
the official zone map to prezone approximately 78 acres in the Broad Street Annexation
area to C-S-PD, C-S-S and M-S.

Stoneridge Drive Annexation

Give final passage to Ordinance No. 1217 (1992 Series) as introduced.
BACKGROUND:
At its meeting of July 21, 1992, the City Council held a public hearing and subsequently
voted 3-1-1 (Councilmember Roalman dissenting, Councilmember Pinard absent) to
introduce an ordinance to print amending the official zone map to prezone approximately
10.4 acres R-1-PD and 49.6 acres C-OS-40 and adopt a preliminary development plan for
the property located at 500 Stoneridge Drive.
