DISCUSSION: The terms of Barry Karleskint and Brett Cross will expire on 3/31/93. Recently, the Subcommittee had the opportunity to review approximately 17 applications on file when Allen Settle was elected to the Council. After reassessing all applicants, the Subcommittee has chosen to reappoint the incumbents. Their applications are attached. All others are available in the Council Office for your review.
