Continued consideration of the Draft Bicycle Transportation Plan and the long-term status of the
Bicycle Committee. (Continued from 8/31/93 and 9/14/93.)
♦ RECOMMENDATION: A) Adopt resolution approving a negative declaration and adopting a
Bicycle Transportation Plan with amendments suggested by staff; and, B) By motion, disband
the Bicycle Committee and reaffirm Public Works Department responsibility for implementing the
Bicycle Transportation Plan.
