Slate* FINAL ACTION: Resolution No. 8253 adopted approving Agreement No. A-87-93-CC (5-0). ► C-4 FOUR WHEEL DRIVE VEHICLE PROCUREMENT (McCLUSKEY/93-60) Consideration of specifications for procurement of one,four-wheel drive loader, Specification No. 93-60, estimated to cost less than $120,000. (Specifications available in the Council Office for review.) ♦ RECOMMENDATION: By motion, 1) Approve specifications, authorize staff to solicit bids, and authorize the CAO to award the contract if the lowest, responsible bid is less than$120,000;and, 2) Approve retaining of the replaced loader and assigning it to the Water Reclamation Facilities program.
