RECOMMENDATION:
By motion, appoint Larry Souza to an unexpired term to end 3/31/96.
BACKGROUND:
A vacancy exists on the Bicycle Advisory Committee due to the death of long-time bicycle
advocate Wayne Williams. After reviewing current applications on file, the Council
Subcommittee is pleased to recommend for appointment Larry Souza.
Mr. Souza's application is attached. All others are available with the Council Secretary.
