The City has received a request from the applicant's representative to continue the above referenced
item (ER 80 -95) to February 4d'. The appeal was originally scheduled before the Council on
December 3rd but was rescheduled at the applicant's request to January 7d'. Staff supports the
applicant's request and would recommend the Council continue the matter until February 4.
