DISCUSSION Two tenors will expire on 3/31/97: Jack Davidson and James Neville. Assessing individual needs, determining appropriate objectives, developing activities to meet objectives, and conducting various forms of group and individual therapy. Participating in treatment team conferences regarding rehabilitative needs of the of the patient. Working with student interns as needed. Rehabilitation Therapy Service Chair - Atascadero State Hospital 1/89 - 1/91 Call, preside at, and be responsible for agenda of all general service meetings. Work cooperatively with the Chief of the Service to insure compliance with service rules and regulations and standard of practice for all service members.
