DISCUSSION There is a vacancy on the MTC due to the resignation of Ken McCracken (Represnetative to the Disabled). Also, two terms will expire on 3/31/97: Dr. Walter Rice and Kevin Rice. Both Dr. Rice and Mr. Rice wish to be reappointed, and are eligible. The Council Subcommittee to pleased to recommend these candidates for appointment to the MTC.
