SUBJECT: APPOINTMENT RECOMMENDATION TO THE
ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMISSION(ARC)
RECOMMENDATION
Reappoint Curtis Illingworth to a one year term to end 3/31/98, and reappoint Laura Joines to a four
year tern to end 3/31/2001.
DISCUSSION
Two terms will expire on 3/31/97: Laura Joines and Curtis Illingworth Because there are only two
vacancies to be filled and both incumbents are eligible for reappointment, no other applications were
solicited. Since Mr. Illingworth has served for seven years, it is recommended that he be appointed to
a one year term expiring 3/31/98. The Council Subcommittee also recommends that Laura Joines be
appointed to a four year term to end 3/31/2001.
