Bill Statler, Director of Finance
SUBJECT: GOAL- SETTING WORKBOOK UPDATE
Attached for your information and review are the following:
■ Summary of Community Forum Comments. This should be placed in Section 6 of
your workbook.
■ Five Year Fiscal Forecast. This should be placed in Section 7 your workbook. While
there is a lot of good, supporting detail information in this report (which is largely for
reference purposes), we encourage to especially read the Introduction. It provides a brief
but good overview of the results. Sherry is setting -up briefings with each of you to
review the results before the January 30 goal- setting workshop. In the interim, if you
have any questions on the forecast, please call Bill Statler at extension 125.
0- Reminder Note. Your suggested goals are due to Bill Statler by January 25. If you can
make them available in an electronic fonnat, this will make it easier to consolidate them by
common "themes" and get them back to you by January 27.
