Downtown Plan Hearing Dates:

May 13, 1992 - 1 st Planning Commission study session with members of the Downtown Plan
Design Committee. These sessions continued through August.
October 10, 1992 -Planning Commission public hearing.
October 28, 1992 -Planning Commission public hearing. The Commission asked that the plan be
presented to other City Commissions for input.
December 2, 1992 - Parks and Recreation public hearing.
December 14, 1992 -Joint public hearing meeting of the Cultural Heritage Committee and the
Architectural Review Commission.
March 24, 1993 - Planning Commission public hearing.
May 4, 1993 - City Council public hearing. Plan was approved by Resolution 8165.
June 28, 1995 -Planning Commission bi-annual review- public hearing.
August 23, 1995 -Planning Commission continued bi-annual review- public hearing.
September 19, 1995 - City Council hearing - consent item. •
January 16, 1996 - City Council study session.
February 12, 1996 - City Council study session.
