As notified in the letter of the 2ND of September 2014 from this office, a certified copy of California Transportation Commission Resolution No. R -3908 relinquishing a portion of U.S. Highway 101 right of way adjacent to the north -bound on- and -off ramps at the Los Osos Valley Road overcrossing was recorded 2 September 2014 as Document No. 2014 -35804 of San Luis Obispo County's official records. That document has been processed in -house and accompanies this letter for your right of way property files; a copy of the relinquishment exhibit map also accompanies this letter. A digital copy of the U.S. Highway 101 right of way map for the vicinity of the subject relinquishment was provided to City of San Luis Obispo Public Works staff via email Wednesday the 10th of September 2014. This segment of former state right of way was officially transferred to the City of San Luis Obispo at the time the above mentioned document was filed for record at the San Luis Obispo County recorder's office.
