County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, according to map filed February 6, 1906 in Book 1 at page
92 of Record of Surveys and shown on the map filed in Book 96 at page 28 of Record of Surveys, in the
Office of the County Recorder of said County, also being that portion of Parcel 1 of Exhibit C in the City of
San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California as described in Instrument
No. 0 ®.38 156 of Official Records recorded in the County Recorder's Office of said
County, the land described as follow:
Beginning at the most northerly corner of the said Parcel 1; thence,
Along the northwesterly line of said Parcel 1 South 66 °31'51" West, a distance of 167.80 feet: thence,
Leaving said northwesterly line South 23 °28'09" East, a distance of 66.00 feet; thence,
North 66 °31'51" East, a distance of 48.12 feet; thence,
North 23 °28'09" West, a distance of 7.50 feet; thence,
