FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,

City of San Luis Obispo, a chartered Municipal Corporation, as OFFEREE, an irrevocable
easement for street, street tree, and public utility purposes over a portion of Remainder Lot of Tract
3011 Phase 1 in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California
according to map tiled in Book "34 of Maps Pages in the Office of the County
Recorder of said County, described as follows:

OFFER OF DEDICATION FOR STREET, STREET TREES, AND PUBLIC UTILITIES
That portion of Lot 34 and Lot 41 of the San Luis Obispo Suburban Tract in the City of San Luis
Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, as shown on the map filed in Book 2 of
Records of Surveys at Page 55 in the office of the County Recorder of said County and State
more particularly described as follows:
Parcel 1:
to be used for street purposes
The easterly 30.00 feet of said Lot 34 and Lot 41 as measured perpendicular to the East line of
said Lot 41 bounded on the south by the south line of said Lot 41 and bounded on the north by
the south line of the Offer of Dedication described in the document recorded July 19, 2013, as
Document Number 2013 - 041929 of Official Records of said County, said south line being
labeled "13" having a bearing and distance of South 88 °55'33" East, 60.01 feet.
Parcel 2:
to be used for street tree purposes
A strip of land of uniform width of 10.00 feet, the east line of which is coincident with the west
line of Parcel 1 above.
Parcel 3:
to be used for public utility purposes
A strip of land of uniform width of 15.00 feet, the east line of which is coincident with the west
line of Parcel 1 above.
The above described property is shown graphically on the map filed for Tract 3011.

Coastal C &H Management, LLC, a California limited liability company is a Beneficiary under
that certain Deed of Trust(s) dated May 18, 2011, executed by Santa Lucia Bank, Trustor, and
recorded May 18, 2011, as Instrument Number 2011 - 023749 of Official Records in the Office of
the County Recorder, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California. The Deed of Trust(s)
encumber(s) the real property described in the attached offer. As the Beneficiary of said Deed of
Trust(s), the undersigned hereby consents (a) to the execution and recordation of the attached
Irrevocable & Perpetual Offer to Dedicate Street, Street Tree, and Public Utility Easement, (b) to
the execution and recordation of an easement to the City of San Luis Obispo, if the offer is
accepted by the City, and (c) to subordinate the undersigned's interest in the real property to the
