We hereby agree and covenant with the City of San Luis Obispo that the above legally described real property shall be held as one parcel and no portion shall be sold separately. This covenant and agreement is executed for the purpose of fulfilling the requirements of the California Building Code relating to egress and yard requirements for a Group E Daycare Occupancy permitted under City of San Luis Obispo building permit numbers 28189 and 28190.
