AGREEMENT TO FURNISH LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE SERVICE S

THIS AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT is made and entered in the City of San Luis Obispo on this
12'day of .. ' .2.O ,by and between the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal
corporation, herein after referred to as City, and SLOSCAPE, hereinafter referred to as Contractor .
WITNESSETH :
WHEREAS, on June 5, 2001, the City entered into an Agreement with Contractor for landscap e
maintenance service to be performed in various city owned landscaped areas ; an d
WHEREAS, the City and Contractor desire to amend the Agreement to extend its term beyond June 30 ,
2005, on a month to month basis ; an d
WHEREAS, the City and the Contractor desire that landscape maintenance services occur within the term s
set forth;
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of their mutual promises, obligations and covenants hereinafte r
contained, the parties hereto agree as follows :
1 .
The term of this Agreement shall be on a month to month basis commencing July 1, 2005 .
2 .
Landscape maintenance services are to be performed by Contractor, as follows :

The conditions of this Agreement maybe amended by written notification by City to the
Contractor .

All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect .
