SUBJECT: Appointment Recommendation to the Bicycle Advisory Committee
RECOMMENDATION
1. Appoint Chris Overby to the Bicycle Advisory Committee to fill an unexpired tern beginning
immediately and expiring on March 31, 2005.
DISCUSSION
In March the Council appointed Keith Miller, Jean Anderson, and Mark Grayson to fill three
vacancies on the Bicycle Advisory Committee. Since that time, Keith Miller has moved outside
of the City limits and is no longer eligible to serve. Chris Overby was previously interviewed
and selected by the Council Subcommittee as an alternate should a vacancy occur within one
year of the appointments. The Council Subcommittee is, therefore, recommending that Mr.
Overby be appointed to fill the unexpired term.
