At the request of the City Council, earlier this week Vice Mayor Ewan sent a letter to Ernie and
Kristie Dalidio inviting them to meet with a City Council subcommittee to discuss alternatives to
processing their project in the County. Because the Board of Supervisors will consider their
request on November 6', it would make sense for the Council to appoint its subcommittee prior
to that time. Therefore, following our closed session on Monday, October 29th, I request that we
briefly meet for his property for purposes of appointing the subcommittee.
