Council Member Marx has requested that the Minutes of October 16, 2001 be revised, as follows:

SUBJECT: Request for Study Session: Tuesday, November 2f from 11:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m.
In addition to other special meeting needs outlined in the Consent Item C 14, staff requests that the
Council meet on Tuesday,November 27`h from 11:30 a.m. until 1.30 p.m. for the purpose of providing
input to staff on the formation of a Parking and Access Committee. The meeting, if called,will be held
in the Council Hearing Room at noon, with lunch provided for the Council at 11:30 a.m.
