SUBJECT: Report for Tuesday's Study Session
I apologize for the delay in providing you with this staff report for next Tuesday's 4:00 p.m.
study session on the Waterway Management Plan. However, after the agenda was already out,
and after consulting with staff, I concluded that the planned consultant presentation should be
preceded by added background information and more guidance in terms of desired Council
direction.
