Reappoint Richard Kriet to a four-year term beginning on April 1, 2002 and expiring on March 31, 2006. 2. Reappoint Larry Smyth to a four-year term beginning on April 1, 2002 and expiring on March 31, 2006. DISCUSSION On March 31, 2002 two terms will expire on the Advisory Committee on the Joint Use of Recreational Facilities.
