Appoint Bryan Gingg to serve as the disabled representative for a four-year term beginning April 1, 2004 and expiring March 31, 2008. 2. Appoint Andrew Blasjo to serve a four-year term beginning April 1, 2004 and expiring March 31, 2008. 3. Appoint John Fowler to fill an unexpired term of one year beginning April 1, 2004 and expiring March 31, 2005. DISCUSSION There are three vacancies on the Construction Board of Appeals, one of which is reserved for a disabled representative. The Council Subcommittee for the Construction Board of Appeals interviewed three applicants on February 12, 2004 and recommended appointing Bryan Gingg to a four-year term as the disabled representative, appointing Andrew Blasjo to serve a four-year term and appointing John Fowler for one year to fill an unexpired term.
