Appoint Ben Lerner to a four-year term beginning on April 1, 2004 and expiring on March 31, 2008. 2. Appoint Kevin Christian to fill an unexpired term of one year beginning April 1, 2004 and ending March 31, 2005. DISCUSSION Kristen Kent's term; will expire on the Bicycle Advisory Committee on March 31, 2004 and she has not reapplied. BAC Member Chris Overby was recently hired by the City as a Transportation Assistant and has resigned from the Committee. Therefore, a vacancy exists to fill his unexpired term. After advertising and interviewing six applicants, the Council Subcommittee is pleased to recommend Ben Lerner to a four-year appointment and Kevin Christian to fill the unexpired term of one year.
