SUBJECT: Communication Item-Golf Cart Purchase
Recently the City purchased two used golf carts for use at the Laguna Lake Golf Course. I have
been informed that these carts are very popular and will have a very short payback period. I
have received a request that the City purchase two additional used golf carts to more nearly meet
the need. Although there are no funds budgeted for such a purchase, I feel it would be
appropriate for the Council to direct staff to obtain two additional carts as soon as possible.
