CAO RECOMMENDATION
Cancel the Regular City Council Meeting of Tuesday, November 2, 2004.
DISCUSSION
The date of the first Regular City Council Meeting for the month of November 2004.is Tuesday,
November 2; however,the General Municipal Election falls on that date. Therefore, staff is
recommending that the first Regular Meeting be canceled.
