SUBJECT: APPOINTMENT RECOMMENDATIONS TO THE ZONE 9
ADVISORY COMMITTEE
RECOMMENDATION
Recommend to the County Board of Supervisors the appointment of Christine Mulholland to
serve as the member at large, and Dave Romero to serve as the alternate member to represent the
City of San Luis Obispo on the Zone 9 Advisory Committee for a term to expire on December
31, 2012.
DISCUSSION
A vacancy exists for a member at large and an alternate member to represent the City of San Luis
Obispo on the Zone 9 Advisory Committee. After advertising, the Council Subcommittee,
Mayor Marx and Vice Member Ashbaugh, interviewed two applicants on January 24, 2011.
They are pleased to recommend the appointment of Christine Mulholland and Dave Romero.
