6. CITY COUNCIL POLICIES AND PROCEDURES MANUAL.
(LICHTIG/DIETRICK — 1 HOUR)
RECOMMENDATION: Provide staff with direction regarding changes to bring forward
for possible incorporation into an update to the Council Policies and Procedures
Manual.
